The Chilcas range includes a varietal and a reserve line, as well as the premium
line, Chilcas One.
The Chilcas One Premium range is the ultimate icon
range produced by the VIA Wine Group.
This range is produced using the very best grapes
selected from the best vineyard lots of the Via Wine Group estate vineyards. These emblematic Chilcas wines originate in the
shadow of the
Descabezado Volcano
where the winery is located.
All the red grapes selected for the Chilcas Premium
range are sourced from Las Chilcas estate vineyard, whereas the white
grapes are sourced from very specific, carefully selected vineyards located in
the Casablanca Valley. These
specific premium Casablanca vineyards of the VIA Wine Group are selected for
their ideal soils and climate that provide the
purest and richest styles of varietal expression.
Chilcas One Premium wines are made from the
highest grade grapes which are big in body and bold in character, with extended contact in a
combination of French and American oak barrels. The Chilcas One Premium range features 100% single varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir,
Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc and Chilcas Red One, a unique blend
featuring five varieties.

Aguas Frescas Sauvignon Blanc
100% Sauvignon Blanc originating from Casablanca Valley. Pale straw color with
tropical fruits and grapefruit on the nose. A crisp, dry and refreshing style of
wine accentuated with citrus, tropical fruit and passion fruit flavors. A medium
bodied wine with a dry finish.
Ready to enjoy now. Perfect as an
aperitif, or with seafood, white meat dishes and
white sauce pastas.

Rio Azule Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay originating from Casablanca Valley.
Partially aged for 4 months in a combination of new and second use French
oak barrels. Sparkling gold in color with guava and tropical fruit aromas. This
smooth, full bodied white wine shows
green apple, guava and pineapple flavors with vanilla notes. Well balanced, this creamy, full textured wine is a perfect choice as an aperitif
or partner
with vintage cheeses, most seafood or light sauce pasta dishes.

Piedra Felix Pinot Noir
100% Pinot Noir from San Rafael in the Maule Valley.
Fermented and aged in a combination of first and second use French oak barrels
for 13 months. This smooth, full bodied red wine has colors of deep ruby red with lush
black plum and cassis
aromas. Rich with dry red cherry, spice and mint flavors with silky smooth
tannins, and a dry finish. Serve with roast ham, hearty pasta dishes, grilled chicken or medium bodied
cheeses.

Colina Negra Cabernet Sauvignon
100% Cabernet Sauvignon from San Rafael in the Maule Valley.
Fermented in French oak, the wines are then aged for 10 months in a combination
of French and American oak barrels. An elegant, deep purple shaded wine with ruby red glints that fills your glass
with red fruit, coffee and cassis aromas. Rich with soft black plum, mint and
black cherry flavors with a spicy finish. A very well balanced, smooth Cabernet with
solid tannins. Ideal with most meat dishes in heavy
sauces, grilled foods, herb crusted lamb, and vintage cheeses.

Tierra Oscura Cabernet Franc
100% Cabernet Franc from San Rafael in the Maule Valley.
Aged for 12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels. An elegant, deep purple shaded wine with ruby red glints that fills your glass with
black cherry, red fruit and cassis aromas. This medium bodied wine exhibits
flavors of soft, ripe red fruit and black cherry highlights with a spicy finish. A very well balanced, smooth
Syrah with
firm tannins. Enjoy with oven crusted pizza, most grilled foods and vintage
cheeses.

Red One
Maule Valley.
55.9% Syrah, 18.6% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18.3% Cabernet Franc, 3.6% Carménère, and
3.6% Petit Verdot. Aged for 10 months in a combination of French and American
oak barrels. A deep purple shaded wine with ruby red glints that fills your
glass with spicy red fruit and cassis aromas. This full bodied wine exhibits generous
flavors of ripe red fruit, blackberry and black cherry highlights, with toasted
almonds, chocolate, mint, coffee with toasty vanilla flavors, and a spicy finish.
Firm tannins. Enjoy with most seasoned grilled foods in spicy sauces.
