The Chilcas range includes a varietal and a reserve line, as well as the premium
line, Chilcas One.
Chilcas Reserve is produced from grapes grown in the
Las Chilcas vineyard, located in the shadow of the
Descabezado Volcano. In addition, wine is also
sourced from
specific premium vineyards of the VIA wine Group that have the ideal soils and climate to provide the
purest and richest varietal expression.
This strategic advantage enables VIA to make the
best wines by using a careful selection of grapes from the best zones for each
variety.

The Chilcas Reserve range features 100% single
varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Carménère, Cabernet Sauvignon and
Syrah. These are wines with big body and bold character with extended contact in
a combination of French and American oak barrels.
Sauvignon Blanc Reserve
100% Sauvignon Blanc originating from Colchagua Valley. Pale straw color with
passion fruit and grapefruit on the nose. A crisp and refreshing style of wine
bursting with lemongrass, guava and passion fruit flavors, with a lively finish that tingles on the palate.
Ready to enjoy now. Perfect as an
aperitif, or with seafood, white meat dishes and
white sauce pastas.
Chardonnay Reserve
100% Chardonnay originating from Maule Valley.
Pale gold color with guava and tropical fruit aromas. This smooth, fresh white wine shows
green apple, guava and pineapple flavors with vanilla notes. Aged partially in
French oak for balance, this creamy, full textured wine is a perfect choice as an aperitif
or partner
with vintage cheeses, most seafood or light sauce pasta dishes.
Carménère Reserve
100% Carménère from Rapel Valley.
This smooth red wine has colors of deep ruby red with lush strawberry and almond
aromas. Rich with dry red fruit, vanilla and mint flavors with silky smooth
tannins, and a spicy finish. Serve with
rosemary lamb, hearty pasta dishes, grilled chicken or medium bodied
cheeses.
Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Maule Valley.
An elegant, deep purple shaded wine with ruby red glints that fills your glass
with red fruit, coffee and cassis aromas. Flavors of soft red fruit and plum laced with toasty
vanilla notes, and a hint of spice. A very well balanced, smooth Cabernet with
solid tannins, and satisfying finish. Ideal with most rich dishes in heavy
sauces, grilled foods, herb crusted lamb, and vintage cheeses.
Syrah Reserve
100% Syrah from Rapel Valley.
An elegant, deep purple shaded wine with ruby red glints that fills your glass with
black cherry, red fruit and cassis aromas. Flavors of soft red fruit, plum and
red cherry highlights with a spicy finish. A very well balanced, smooth
Syrah with
firm tannins. Enjoy with oven crusted pizza, most grilled foods and vintage
cheeses.
