Chilensis is produced from a careful selection of
grapes grown from the best zones of Chile's wine regions for each variety.
Chilensis is the brand which best expresses the land
and climate that produces the grapes, bringing a wide range of all the finest wine
varieties that represent the true essence of Chile.
The Chilensis range includes a varietal and reserve
line. All the wines feature 100% varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Carménère,
Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
Sauvignon Blanc
100% Sauvignon Blanc. A fresh, clean Sauvignon Blanc brimming with pear, green apple and
citrus flavors. A well balanced medium bodied wine with a crisp and refreshing finish that tingles on the palate.
Ready to enjoy now. Perfect as an
aperitif, or with fresh green salads, seafood, or white meat dishes and
white sauce pastas.
Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay.
Vibrant gold color, this fresh, young white wine fills your glass with tropical fruit, mango
and pear aromas. Zesty tropical fruit, mango and vanilla notes followed with a
smooth, creamy finish. Perfect as an aperitif, or partner
with most seafood or light pasta dishes.
Carménère
100% Carménère. Deep ruby red with glints of purple. Medium bodied, this smooth, fruit-forward wine exhibits soft red plum, strawberry and red berry flavors with
subtle mint
notes. A dry, spicy finish. Serve with pizza, lasagna, roast beef and soft
cheeses.
Merlot
100% Merlot.
This young, fruity red wine has colors of deep ruby red and glints of purple.
Medium bodied, this smooth wine exhibits blackberry jam and red plum flavors
with hints of mint and spice notes. Serve with beef, pork and medium bodied
cheeses.
Cabernet Sauvignon
100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
A deep ruby red shaded wine that fills your glass with red fruit and
cassis aromas. This medium bodied wine exhibits flavors of soft red fruit and
blackberry jam laced with toasty vanilla notes, and a hint of spice. A very well
balanced, smooth Cabernet with a slightly dry finish. Enjoy with beef dishes,
lasagna and roast lamb.
Syrah
An elegant, deep purple shaded wine with ruby red glints that fills your glass
with red fruit and spice aromas. Medium bodied, flavors of red cherry,
licorice and blackberry jam with a dry, spicy finish. A very well balanced
Syrah with firm tannins. Enjoy with your favorite grilled foods
and spicy cuisine.
