CHILENSIS RESERVE

VIA has five modern winemaking facilities that are strategically located to provide incomparable access to Chile’s various and diverse wine regions.

Chilensis Reserve wines are made from a careful selection of the highest grade grapes, produced from the very best zones of Chile's wine regions. Each variety has had extended contact in French and American oak.

Chilensis is the brand which best expresses the land and climate that produces the grapes, bringing a wide range of all the finest wine varieties that represent the true essence of Chile.

The Chilenis Reserve range includes wines that feature 100% varieties of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Carménère, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.




Sauvignon Blanc Reserve
100% Sauvignon Blanc. From Colchagua Valley. A fresh, clean Sauvignon Blanc brimming with pear, grapefruit and lemongrass flavors. A well balanced medium bodied wine with a crisp and refreshing finish. Ready to enjoy now. Perfect as an aperitif, or with fresh green salads, seafood, or white meat dishes and white sauce pastas.
 

Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay. From the Maule Valley. Vibrant gold color, this fresh, medium bodied white wine fills your glass with tropical fruit, guava and green apple aromas. Tropical fruit, pineapple and guava flavors with vanilla notes followed with a  smooth creamy finish. Perfect as an aperitif, or partner with creamy vegetable soups, seafood or light pasta dishes.

 

Pinot Noir
100% Pinot Noir. From the Maule Valley. Deep cherry red color. Full bodied, this smooth, velvet textured wine exhibits soft strawberry and red berry flavors with subtle vanilla notes, and spice highlights. A versatile wine with most light foods. A great partner with pizza, lasagna, roast beef and soft cheeses. 

Carménère
100% Carménère. From Rapel Valley. Deep ruby red with glints of purple. Medium bodied, this smooth, fruit-forward wine exhibits soft red plum, strawberry and red cherry flavors with subtle vanilla and chocolate notes.  Spicy highlights. Serve with red sauce pastas, lasagna and soft cheeses. 







Merlot
100% Merlot. From Rapel Valley. This wine has colors of deep ruby red and glints of purple. Full bodied, this smooth wine exhibits blackberry and red plum flavors with hints of toasty vanilla, mint and spice notes. Serve with roast beef, pork and medium bodied cheeses. 

Cabernet Sauvignon
100% Cabernet Sauvignon. A deep ruby red shaded wine that fills your glass with red fruit and cassis aromas. This medium bodied wine exhibits flavors of soft red fruit and blackberry jam laced with toasty vanilla notes, and a hint of spice. A very well balanced, smooth Cabernet with a slightly dry finish. Enjoy with beef dishes, lasagna and roast lamb.

Syrah
An elegant, deep purple shaded wine with ruby red glints that fills your glass with red fruit and spice aromas. Medium bodied, flavors of  red cherry, licorice and blackberry jam with a dry, spicy finish. A very well balanced Syrah with firm tannins. Enjoy with your favorite grilled foods and spicy cuisine.
